Hugo de Bont joined BMM in July 2025 as International Sales Manager, serving customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Spain. He is responsible for advising clients on the right medical device solutions while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
With a professional background in the packaging industry and a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics (Sales), Hugo brings a solid combination of commercial insight, relationship management experience, and a customer-focused mindset.
He is known for his ability to adapt quickly, understand client needs, and create an open and reliable dialogue.Through his commitment to service, quality, and clear communication, Hugo plays an important role in supporting BMM’s mission to deliver trusted medical devices and strengthen collaborative partnerships across Europe.
