Melvin van Voorst has been part of BMMedical since October 2019, where he plays a key role as Key Account Support. With a strong background in both operations and customer-focused roles, Melvin brings valuable experience and insight into the organisation.
Having started his career at BMMedical as Coordinator Medical Devices, Melvin developed in-depth product knowledge and operational expertise, which he now applies in supporting key accounts. His earlier experience as a team lead, combined with his MBO Level 4 qualification in Retail Management, has shaped his structured and customer-oriented approach.
In his current role, Melvin focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers, while ensuring smooth collaboration between sales and logistics. Known for his open mindset and analytical approach, he values clear communication and transparency.
By connecting teams and continuously optimising processes, Melvin contributes to delivering reliable service and exceeding customer expectations.
